WHICH GIFT TYPES ARE BLONDBOX PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR?

All BLONDBOX products are developed in collaboration with designers. They are formulated and suitable for all festive occasions. You can find the full list of suitable contents for each box on each product page.

ARE BLONDBOX PRODUCTS FREE FROM PLASTIC?

Yes, all BLONDBOX products are free from plastic and free from toxins. We only work with FSC-certified papers that are uncoated.

General shipping information:

In Stock (standard) and Made to Order goods (e.g. the personalisation service) will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page.

 

Returns:

The return window for online purchases of in stock goods is 14 days from the date you received your purchase. You may return items by contacting us via hello@blondbox.com naming your order number. Once the request has been approved, you will receive the return address by email from us.

 

Excluded from returns are Made to Order (e.g. the personalisation service) products. Once a Made to Order or personalized item has successfully been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund. These items are final sale. 

 

The return of goods purchased in-store is subject to the return conditions of our partner shops.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship to select European countries: Germany, Austria, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time we only ship within select European countries (Germany, Luxembourg, France, Netherlands, Belgium & Austria). We’re aiming to be available in additional countries in the future! Sign up for our mailing list at the bottom of our website to be notified when shipping to your country becomes available.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR DUTIES OR TAXES?

For the select European countries, both duties and VAT are covered in the cost of your shipment—you will not need to pay duties or clearance on any shipments within Europe.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER?

You can view your order status on your Account page which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Blondbox accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

 

Including Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal.

Klarna is available for purchases up to €5000 with pay now and up to €5000 when paying in instalments.

For credit card payments, please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

Please note that once your order is placed your credit card will be authorized for 0 GBP (CHF, AED, SAR or EUR for all other countries); this is for verification purposes only and will protect you from any risk of fraud. The authorized amount will be released by your credit card’s issuing bank according to its policy.

Save as otherwise stated on the website during the purchase process, the purchase transaction will only be charged to your credit card after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization for an amount equal to the purchase price of the ordered products, confirmed product availability and prepared your order for shipping.

We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) in addition to PayPal and Apple Pay and Klarna.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is processed.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

As a new brand, we have a limited amount of inventory available for customers to purchase. To ensure access to our products, our fraud system may cancel orders from customers attempting to rapidly purchase within a short duration, to protect all parties. It’s in violation of our terms and conditions to create multiple accounts in order to place orders.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact our team immediately at hello@blondbox.com with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. During times of high order volume such as Christmas season we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.

WHERE CAN I BUY BLONDBOX IN PERSON?

We currently ship to the following locations: Germany, Luxembourg, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain,, Italy, Portugal and Austria. At this time, we do not have any physical locations where you can buy rhode—but please subscribe to our email list to get further updates on brand launches and news.

Orders placed directly to Germany and select European countries (Luxembourg, France, Netherlands, Belgium and Austria) from blondbox.com are eligible for returns. To start the return process, email our team at hello@blondbox.com (please include your order number) within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions. Note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note: we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping for any international orders outside of Germany.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivered to a freight forwarder to international locations or shipment locations other than our approved list of destinations (the countries in Europe we ship to directly).
